The Tewksbury Food Service department was highlighted in an article in the Tewksbury Town Crier recently. The article featured Karen Chanaki, food service director for the Tewksbury Public Schools. Also, scrubclub.org is a handwashing initiative between the National Science Foundations (NSF) and the Partnership for Food Safey Education (PFSE). It helps raise awareness about good handwashing, reducing sick days, and keeping kids and their food healthy. The web site has some fun downloadable games and coloring pages too!
